1. International and National Accreditation

Universitas Ciputra (UC) achieved Unggul (Excellent) accreditation in 2023, placing it in the top 4% of higher education institutions in Indonesia. UC also became the fourth university in Indonesia and the first in East Java to achieve this accreditation, guaranteeing the quality of the teaching and learning process, as recognized by AppliedHE in the Teaching & Learning category.

Three main benefits of UC Superior accreditation:

  • The teaching and learning process is excellent, with UC being the number 1 Private University in Indonesia in the Teaching & Learning category according to AppliedHE 2025.
  • UC lecturers have high standards in research, ensuring that the material taught is research-based, and UC is ranked at the top in the lecturer research cluster in Indonesia.
  • UC alumni have a high success rate, with ⅔ becoming entrepreneurs or working at companies of their choice, and ⅓ continuing their studies without a waiting period after graduation.

2. Modern and Innovative Buildings
and Learning Facilities

The Universitas Ciputra Jakarta building covers approximately 45,000 m² and is designed to accommodate 10,000 students. Located in the elite Ciputra International Superblock area in West Jakarta, near Puri, UC Jakarta offers modern and state-of-the-art facilities.

In 2022, the development planning team conducted a survey of more than 40 private universities in Jakarta. The results indicated that UC Jakarta will have significantly better laboratory facilities and classrooms than other campuses in Jakarta and Indonesia.

UC Jakarta’s excellent facilities include an auditorium, library, theater, and special rooms such as:

  1. A business simulation room with Markstrat applications, which is also used by world-renowned universities such as Stanford.
  2. Smart Classroom with cutting-edge technology such as Interactive Flat Panel (IFP), Artificial Intelligence, and hybrid classrooms.
  3. Photo and video lab with large LIMBO Green Screen for photography and video making.
  4. The Makerspace is equipped with 3D printers and other production equipment to support students in bringing their ideas to life.
  5. UC Living, an exclusive apartment for students just a 1-minute walk from campus.

3. ⅔ of UC alumni are entrepreneurs or work in companies of their choice, the rest continue their studies.

Two-thirds of UC alumni work as entrepreneurs or in companies of their choice, while another third continue their studies. Two-thirds of students are employed before graduation, with the remainder choosing to continue family businesses, start their own businesses, or pursue a master’s degree. This demonstrates UC graduates’ readiness for the professional and entrepreneurial world.

4. Real Business Solution and Portfolio

Coursework at UC Jakarta, particularly midterm and final assignments, involves collaboration with industry. Students work on projects directly related to their chosen companies, so in addition to receiving grades, their work is also evaluated by the companies.

Student portfolios not only showcase grades and organizational experience but also actual projects they have completed. Graduates receive project completion certificates, and a select few students receive special certifications, such as
“Most Outstanding Student” or “The Best Project.”
