English Test Information

1. Prospective students majoring in IBM-IC and who do not yet have a TOEFL or IELTS score can take the English test at Ciputra University.
2. The test will be administered online.
3. Test takers must register by scanning the QR code on the poster.
4. The test schedule can be selected during registration.
5. Test Requirements:
   1. ENGLISH SCORE BY BRITISH COUNCIL (ES)
   2. The test fee is IDR 279,000 (valid for four retakes in the same month of registration and with the same ID). Retakes are allowed if the TOEFL score does not meet the requirements.
   3. The test is available at any time and there is no minimum number of participants.
   4. The English Score procedure will be notified via email no later than 5 days after registration.
   5. The test will be administered through a dedicated test app.

Procedures and Regulations for the Online New Student Admission Test at Universitas Ciputra Jakarta

All prospective students are required to participate in the New Student Admission Selection phases, which are:

• Regular Track must take the selection: Academic Potential Test, Case Study, Interview / Group Discussion & special selection according to the study program
• Cooperative School Track must take the selection: Case Study, Interview / Group Discussion & special selection according to the study program
• Achievement Invitation Track must take the selection: Interview / Group Discussion & special selection according to the study program

Online Test Regulations :

1. 1. Online Academic Potential Test via Questbase Application
      • Ensure you use a PC / Laptop when taking the online test. (Taking the test via smartphone is not recommended)
      • The written test access code can only be used 1 (one) time
      • Once the test has started, the timer will keep running and cannot be paused or reset
      • The duration of the written test will be displayed on your test screen. If the time runs out, the test will end automatically
      • If there is still time remaining, you can click the “back” button to return to the previous question page and review your answers.
      • Click “submit” to end the test
      • Answer all questions correctly. There is no penalty (point deduction) for incorrect answers
      • Ensure your internet connection is stable while taking the online test
   2. Case Study Written Test and Drawing Test
      • Test questions will be sent via email according to your test schedule
      • Download and print your test questions and complete them on the provided sheet
      • If no printer is available: type your answers in Microsoft Word and send your written test answers back to the email: admissionucj@ciputra.ac.id

   3. Focus Group Discussion Test
      • The test will be conducted via Zoom meeting
      • It is mandatory to join Zoom according to the selected schedule
      • It is mandatory to dress neatly and appropriately
      • It is mandatory to show a valid ID card (Student ID / KTP / Driver’s License)
      • It is mandatory to turn on the camera during the discussion
   4. Additional Test (specifically for IBM-IC)
      • Create a video based on the theme and instructions provided
      • Duration: 1-2 minutes
      • The video must be in English (specifically for IBM-IC)
