Supporting Evidence: Certificates or documentation of active participation in activities such as:

• OSIS, Scouts, Student Representative Council (MPK), or other student organizations.
• Committees for major school events or social activities.
• Leadership communities, public speaking training, student forums, or youth organizations.
• Social projects or community activities that demonstrate a significant role and contribution.

Additional Notes

If you have other experience that demonstrates leadership and organizational skills, such as being a mentor, facilitator, or social project leader, please attach supporting evidence (certificates, activity documentation, or project reports) for additional consideration.
