New Student Re-Registration for the 2026/2027 Academic Year
Prospective students who have paid their tuition fees are required to complete the re-registration process. Re-registration is divided into 2 stages, which are:
- Stage 1 Re-Registration:
- Log in to https://enrollment.ciputra.ac.id/ses_admission/UCJ then enter your form number and password.
- Fill in the student and parent data completely and accurately.
- Upload the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
- Grade 10-11 Report Cards
- Color passport-sized photo, wearing a white shirt and black suit, with a red background
- Color blindness clearance certificate – specifically for prospective students of the Visual Communication Design (VCD) study program
- Scholarship agreement letter (specifically for prospective students receiving scholarships up to tuition fee discounts)
- TOEFL Certificate – specifically for prospective students of the IBM-IC study program, with the following requirements:
- Paper Based Test (PBT) minimum score of 500
- Internet Based Test (IBT) minimum score of 61
- Computer Based Test (CBT) minimum score of 173
- IELTS minimum score of 5.0
- Stage 1 re-registration must be completed no later than 15 days after the payment is settled.
- Once the Stage 1 re-registration documents are verified, prospective students will receive their Registration Sequence Number (Nomor Urut Registrasi) information via email.
- Stage 2 Re-Registration:
- Log in to: https://enrollment.ciputra.ac.id/ses_admission/UCJ then enter your form number and password.
- Upload the following documents:
- Grade 12 High School Report Card
- Legalized High School Diploma. If the diploma is not yet available, a Graduation Certificate (SKL) can be used
- ID Card (KTP). If you do not have an ID card yet, you do not need to upload this document
- Student Bio-data Form that was filled out during Stage 1 re-registration (The Student Bio-data Form can be downloaded during Stage 2 re-registration). The original Student Bio-data Form must be submitted to Universitas Ciputra Jakarta at the beginning of the semester.
- Once the Stage 2 re-registration documents are verified, prospective students will receive their Student Identification Number (NIM) information via email.
- Notes:
- Delays in completing Stage 1 and Stage 2 re-registration will result in automatic cancellation. https://jakarta.ciputra.ac.id/daftar-sekarang/
- Prospective students who complete Stage 1 and Stage 2 re-registration will participate in the new student orientation program in Period 1
