Research shows that only 3% of family businesses survive beyond three generations. This is primarily because the next generation simply takes over the business without introducing innovative ideas. In the Family Business program, students will learn how to analyze their family business, identify new opportunities, and develop innovation plans that can be implemented at scale over time, as advised by expert mentors at UC Jakarta.
